At 'Mainichi Kimono' (kimono every day), I offer kimono related services such as dressing in kimono, photoshoots, lectures, and workshops for how to wear kimono, all personalized to meet your needs and maximize your kimono experience..

Whether you have Japanese heritage and you wish to connect with your culture via kimono or you are interested in learning more about kimono and incorporating kimono into your studies or even daily life. I will do my best as a kimono stylist to provide the services desired.
All kimono used are either vintage items given a new home with me or provided by kimono artisans in Japan, primarily the Kansai area (Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe).

I do my best to support the local kimono industry in Japan. Less and less Japanese wear kimono in their daily lives, and many kimono end up being discarded or given away. This means many kimono are not being worn at all and kimono artisans' businesses have been struggling, especially during the pandemic.

It is my honor to not only give these kimono a good home, but also be able to bring kimono to you and help kimono be embraced and beloved even more.
I am a professionally certified kimono stylist and instructor who was trained in Osaka, Japan, and I continue to go to kimono school to further hone my skills. I have been featured on Unseen Japan, where I discussed my personal journey into kimono and Ko-Fi Button, where I post blog entries on kimono ranging from how to get started doing kitsuke (kimono dressing) and what to look out for when renting kimono and going sightseeing in Japan.
